Payments: All tuition fees must be paid for via credit or debit card. Southern Grace Dance Co. will not accept any other form of payment. Upon registering for classes, you will input your payment information and it will be stored securely. On the 1st of every month your card will be charged with the monthly tuition fee. If payment is declined, we offer a 15 day grace period before a late fee of $15.00 is charged. If you would like to withdraw from a class, you must come into the studio and request a withdraw before automatic payments will be terminated. If a student chooses to withdraw, during a month, the fee for the entire month will still be owed. Classes will not be prorated. Notification must be given before the 1st for the upcoming month to no longer be charged.
Attendance: If a student misses class, it affects them and their fellow classmates. That is why it is expected for them to be in class every week. If a student is unable to attend class, they must text the studio number to notify the instructor. There will be no refunds for missed classes. After their absence, a student may talk with their instructor about a make-up class, to see if there is a class they may be able to attend.
Coming and Going: Students should arrive at the studio a few minutes early so that they are dressed, with shoes on, when class starts. Children should not be left unattended in the lobby. For the safety of our students, guardians must come inside to pick their child at the end of class. If students, who drive, have classes that end after dark, they must walk out with a member of our staff.
Cell phones: During class, cell phones must be on silent mode and tucked away in the student's dance bag. If there is an emergency, you may call the studio.
**If you do not wish to participate in the annual recital, please let us know upon registration.
