Our Mission
Our Mission at Southern Grace Dance Company is to share and instill a love for dance in our students through superior instruction with grace and integrity. We believe that the discipline taught in dance classes should be that which can be applied to our students lives and grow them not only as dancers, but as individuals. Who the students are and who they can become is of utmost importance to us. Our hope is that through instruction, our students will learn the high standards of grace: A seemingly effortless beauty of movement, form or proportion; An exercise of love, kindness, and goodwill with the disposition to benefit and serve another; and the divine love and kindness of God.
Our Facility
A Family friendly environment is something special to us. With plenty of seating in the lobby and large one way viewing windows, families are able to watch their children dance while keeping the classroom free of distractions.
Student safety and well being is very important to us. Our facility has a vinyl/Marley dance floor, for slip resistance and ease of dance, that is floated on a state of the art sprung subfloor designed to reduce the impact and strain on the dancer's joints and muscles.

Our Students/ Classes
We believe that everyone should have the chance to dance, so our program is designed to accommodate and grow dancers from ages two and up. At Southern Grace we are passionate about making sure every dancer has a proper foundation in technique and building upon that. This includes proper alignment, muscle support, knowledge of the steps, and execution. Only then can dancers safely excel with confidence in their talent and skill. Our curriculum is tailored to each class/skill level. Our pre school/elementary curriculum is additionally based off of development, as some things should not be taught until an older age due to mental and muscular development.
